ABOUT ME

Nederlands: Hallo! Mijn naam is Sven en ik ben een trotse AFOL, oftewel een Adult Fan of LEGO. Ik ben geboren in 1973 in het gezellige Sittard en heb een groot deel van mijn leven in het bruisende Eindhoven gewoond. Daar heb ik veel mooie herinneringen aan, zoals het bezoeken van de lokale LEGO-winkel en het bewonderen van de indrukwekkende bouwwerken. Tegenwoordig woon ik in het schilderachtige Zaltbommel, waar ik geniet van de natuur en de rijke geschiedenis van dit prachtige stadje.

Na een tijdje uit de LEGO-wereld te zijn geweest, heb ik sinds een paar jaar mijn passie voor LEGO weer helemaal herontdekt. Ik herinner me nog goed het moment waarop ik mijn eerste Star Wars LEGO-set weer in handen kreeg – het was alsof ik weer even een kind was, helemaal opgewonden en gefascineerd door de mogelijkheden die deze kleine plastic steentjes boden. Sindsdien is mijn collectie exponentieel gegroeid en omvat het enkele van de meest iconische scènes en voertuigen uit de Star Wars-saga.

Mijn interesse gaat vooral uit naar Star Wars LEGO en de 18+ specials, zoals de prachtige modulaire gebouwen en de indrukwekkende Technic-creaties. Ik kan urenlang bouwen aan de meest gedetailleerde modellen, waarbij ik volledig opga in het creatieve proces. Ik vind het geweldig om mijn creaties met anderen te delen, zowel online op sociale media en forums, als offline op bijeenkomsten en evenementen met gelijkgestemde LEGO-liefhebbers.
